1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mahoney Masterminds ("we," "us," "our"), located at mahoneymasterminds.com, you ("user," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Digital Products & Services

Mahoney Masterminds provides digital courses, leadership assessments, coaching programs, and subscription-based content. All products are delivered digitally through our online platform. No physical goods are shipped.

Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to purchased courses and materials through your student dashboard. Access is granted for the lifetime of the course unless otherwise specified.

3. Accounts & Access

To access purchased content, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.

One account per user. Sharing login credentials or course access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.

4. Payments & Billing

We use Authorize.net as our payment processor. All credit card information is tokenized client-side and transmitted securely. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.

Course purchases are one-time charges. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes do not affect existing subscriptions at their current rate until renewal.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, text, graphics, assessments, and materials provided through Mahoney Masterminds are the property of George Mahoney and Mahoney Masterminds. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any content without express written permission.

Downloading course resources for personal use is permitted. Uploading, sharing, or distributing purchased content to third parties is prohibited.

7. No Guarantees

While our courses and coaching are designed to help you improve your leadership skills, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding specific outcomes or results. Your success depends on your own effort, application, and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mahoney Masterminds and George Mahoney shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
